Lovely motorhome. In great condition, very clean and well equipped. Andrea was very helpful and communication was good throughout. The only issue we had was the gas bottle ran out, and there was no spare. With no power either, we had no cooking facilities or fridge so our food spoiled and we had to buy more expensive meals out instead. We were given a small compensation financially but were still out of pocket. We have suggested a spare gas bottle is vital to avoid this issue for future guests. It's a shame as otherwise it was a great van from a good host.

Andrea couldn’t have been anymore perfect and the whole handover process was excellent.
Beni is very comfortable to drive, and the use of space is brilliant. Containing everything you would need without being too cramped. Both beds are super comfortable, quick and easy to set up. Thank you Andrea, we would definitely come back should we need to hire a motorhome again 😃

Overall an excellent experience
Andrea was very responsive, flexible and made the whole process easy and enjoyable.
We had some very specific time requirements and Andrea went out of her way to accommodate them.
Great handover, good explanation along with a detailed user guide made using the vehicle simple.
Motorhome itself was well equipped and clean as one would expect.
The hand back process followed everything previous. Friendly, simple and efficient.
Can’t recommend both Andrea as a renter and the motorhome enough

Our motorhome holiday was truly spectacular! Right from the beginning, Andrea and Phil, the kindest owners, went above and beyond to ensure our holiday happened and that we had the best week ever. Their friendly and accommodating nature made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
Andrea was always contactable and helped whenever she could, which added an extra layer of comfort to our trip. The motorhome was comfortable, clean, and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. It provided everything myself, my partner, and our two-year-old could have wished for. This was our first time hiring a motor home, and a really great experience! Andrea is so friendly and helpful showing us around everything before we set off, and very quick to reply when we had a couple of questions to ask during our stay.
The motor home is very clean and compact, a great use of space. Both beds are comfortable, quick and easy to set up each night. The kitchenette is easy to use, has absolutely everything you need.
Easy to drive and surprisingly good on fuel consumption.
Thank you Andrea, we are hoping to do this again next year and would most definitely come back to you to hire again.

We had a very warm welcome from Andrea on arrival & the motor home was immaculate & very well presented. The whole process from initial enquiry to picking up Beni was seamless. Once on the road Beni handled nicely and absolutely everything you needed was provided by Andreas meticulous attention to detail, which included a loverly treat for my wife’s birthday.
There is an excellent idiots guide to Beni which is very well written and provides all the information that you need to answer any questions or get you out of trouble. Having said that Andrea responds very quickly to any calls or message’s.
All in all we had a fantastic first introduction to motorhome life, made all the easier by Andrea and we would certainly recommend hiring Beni. Thank you so much 😊
As an aside, I would like to point out that you need to be very delicate with the drivers cab blinds, make sure you pinch the black buttons before you attempt to close them.

We had a great time in Beni on our first motorhome holiday. Andrea was very helpful, sending us some handover videos beforehand so we could see where everything was and how it all worked.
The layout within Beni is great, we even had other people admiring it!

Andrea has a real gem here. We just got back from a two night trip with our 2 young (ish) kids and we had all we needed. Andrea has really made this place homely and it has EVERYTHING you could need, right down to the tea, coffee and sugar provision! Excellent van, all working and super clean and comfortable. Will rent again when next near Swindon!

Thank you Andrea for giving us the opportunity to have this wonderful experience with Beni. The motorhome is in excellent condition, super clean and well maintained. We didn't miss anything during our 10 days in Scotland. The van is really good for wild camping as well and is the perfect size for couples and small families (there were three of us). We stopped at a campsite every other night to empty the toilet cassette and change the water. Beni is easy to drive with its integrated cruise control and SatNav. It's not too big and the rear camera makes manoeuvring easy too. Andrea was also super flexible and we felt very well looked after. Her introduction at pick up was very useful and with the Info provided in the van we felt well prepared for the trip. Many thanks again!!!
