From first contact Darren was really helpful and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble, we requested to go and view Sylvia prior to hiring and "Mrs Darren" went through everything with us. The Motorhome itself was great to drive for a 1st timer and lovely and homely, all the bedding was in and ready to go and we had everything we needed and more onboard.
Darren was very flexible on collection and drop off and we had no trouble making contact when we needed anything.
We went off to Scotland for 8 days - just me, Mum and my sister and I feel the welcome and Sylvia made the trip complete.
Thanks Darren, will definitely head your way if we plan another MH trip :)
Had great communication with Darren before the trip as I had never booked a motorhome before and he was really reassuring.
The van was perfect for what we needed and was clean and tidy when we collected.

I would highly recommend booking with Darren he is so lovely and explains everything to you, as soon as we set off on our journey I just fell in love with the motorhome. We hired Darren’s motorhome last minute and it did not disappoint it was so clean and felt homely we went round the Lake District in it as we was meeting family there and it was great. The kids loved it. The beds were really comfy and we loved it I can’t wait to book with Darren again.
We took Darren’s motorhome for our first trip away with our daughter.
We had a wonderful trip, the motorhome is comfortable, lots of space for us all and Darren goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth handover. Communication was excellent and he was available 24/7 in case of any issues.

Darren was super friendly and explained all the aspects of the Motorhome really well. We took "Sylvia' to a festival and she was super (especially as the rain was biblical and the ensuing mud was epic). There was only 2 of us staying in the van so we had lots of room. There was no electric hook up where we pitched although we managed fine without it. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with fridge, oven, grill and hob and even though we didn't really cook, you could easily do so. The shower was a handheld device so only okay for a body-wash although this was also fine - so much better than schlepping to the showers in the mud! All-in-all a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Darren and 'Sylvia'.
