The Hirer is responsible for the care and security of the Camper for the duration of the Rental Period and agrees to return the Camper on the date specified in the same condition in which it was received by the hirer, ordinary wear and tear accepted.
This should include the Campers’ interior and exterior being clean and presentable.
The vehicle should be fully fuelled.
Both waste tanks should be emptied.
If this is not complied with and additional cleaning/fuelling is required, then any costs borne will be deducted from the Hirers Security Deposit, including a £50 hourly rate for labour.
Any damage to the Camper or loss of items within, caused deliberately, by improper use or by an act of negligence will be paid for to the full amount.
The Hirer is liable in respect of any fixed penalty offences committed in respect of the Camper and any parking charge which may be incurred in respect of the Camper during the hire period. All parking, road-traffic or other legal violations are subject to a minimum £25.00 administration fee.
The Owner operates a strict NO SMOKING policy in the vehicle.
The Hirer agrees that any damage or extra valeting costs incurred as a result of smoking in or near the Camper must be paid in full by the Hirer
Please allow up to 60 minutes for both collections and returns.
Any hirer wishing to travel outside of the UK (OSUK) will be provided with an ‘Overseas Kit’.
This will comprise of the items usually required by law in European Countries – ie Hi Viz Jackets, Spare bulbs, Warning Triangle etc
The hirer is also responsible for obtaining a VE103 Certificate. (Permission to take a hired vehicle out of the UK) The VE103 is a requirement by law and must be produced to the owner prior to driving away the Camper. The owner will provide Insurance and Breakdown documentation to accompany the VE103 for the duration of your OSUK trip.
Hire agreement and full T&C will be provided and must be signed for by the hirer in agreement

The handover with Craig was explained fully and the camper van was fully equipped with everything you need .
We had a weekend away and really enjoyed the experience. The van was easy to drive and very comfortable and clean. Would certainly recommend using Craig If you live in the Surrey area . 5 ⭐️
We had a great time in the campervan. It ead spotless and had everything that we needed. It would have been absolutely perfect for two people but was a little squished for four so Craig kindly provided us with a two man tent too. Would definitely be worth hiring the additional large drive away awning if you were going for more than a couple of nights.

Thank you Sarah for your honest review. Like I said, you were the first family of 4 to use the camper so was interested to have your feedback. Really great motorhome, fully equipped with everything we needed, great drive. Craig was great to deal with and explained everything very clearly. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to hire a motorhome.

Our first time in a campervan, we had a great 4 nights away in Yorkshire and visited 2 lovely campsites set in glorious countryside with amazing views :-). Craig was great, super helpful and efficient from the get-go. The van was immaculately clean, it was thoughtfully equipped - we had everything we needed - and we were offered additional equipment to enhance the trip, e.g. outdoor chairs, umbrellas (there’s much more than this, though). The handover was really thorough and we really appreciated his attention to detail. The van was easy and comfortable to drive, as it is not too big. We hired the van with a view to finding out if campervanning is for us and also to find out what we would want from a van, if we were to buy one. We certainly came away feeling very positive and with all our questions answered! Thank you, Craig!
